The procedure for identification
of manufacturing foreign invested
enterprise
Foreign invested enterprises may
proceed to the competent tax authority for
application of identification of manufacturing
foreign invested enterprises, if the companies
have authority to engage in manufacturing
business.
The
documents needed for the
identification: Written application which
describes the industry the company engages in
and the products, and give detailed introduction
of its operation Fill out the ¡®Manufacturing
Foreign Invested Enterprises Identification
Application¡¯. Other documents required by tax
authorities
The
competent tax authority shall go to the field of
manufacturing to check the operation of the
company.
